Light Soy Sauce is used for seasoning purposes and its “Xian Wei” (Umami) will uplift the taste of any dish. It can also be used as a marinade, dipping sauce, in a stir-fry or in dressing and sauce mix. It is complimentary with many ingredients and can be used as a substitute for salt in cooking.
