A concentrated soya-based sauce with an array of spices, sesame and chilli peppers. An excellent barbecue marinade, and perfect for adding a hint of sweetness in savoury stir-fry dishes.
Often used as the dressing sauce in Aromatic Crispy Duck pancakes and can be mixed with Chilli Garlic Paste to make sweet and spicy “Kung Pao” Chicken.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Salt, Sweet Potato Powder, Colour (Plain Caramel), Modified Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic, Sesame Paste, Spices, Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Acid (Acetic Acid).
