Sweet and Sour Sauce

A fruity sweet and sour sauce with a blend of pineapple juice and tomatoes to create a special all-time favourite. It is the sauce used in the classic Sweet and Sour Pork.
Great for all kinds of battered meat and seafood. A ready-to-use gravy.

Ingredients:

Water, Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Pineapple Juice from Concentrate 7% (Concentrated Pineapple Juice 85%, Water), Tomato Paste 4%, Modified Corn Starch, Acid (Acetic Acid), Salt, Colours (Paprika Extract, Carotenes), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum (Soybeans, Wheat)).
