How to make it

  1. Put in enough water to cover the ham and simmer with celery, onion and carrot for 2 hours.
  2. Take out and set aside for cooling.
  3. Brush Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Plum Sauce , mustard power and clove onto the Ham and bake at 90°C for 3-5 hours.
