How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add chicken, American ginseng, red dates and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add Shanghai cabbage, wontons and cook for about 3 minutes or until wontons are done.
  4. Season to taste and serve hot.
