  • 200g Beef fillet, diced in cube
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Gluten Free Oyster Sauce

Sauce Mix

  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee (Professional) Gluten Free Oyster Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Coarse ground black pepper

How to make it

  1. Marinate beef with Oyster Sauce, set aside.
  2. Stir fry beef in high heat with vegetable oil until medium well.
  3. Add in the sauce mix, turn down the heat, mix well then serve.
