How to make it
Score the squid diagonally and combine with the marinade ingredients.
Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Heat a BBQ or griddle pan to a high heat and grill the squid for 45 seconds to 1 minute each side (depending on size of squid). The squid will change from transparent to white when cooked.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lime wedges and chopped coriander.
