How to make it

  1. Score the squid diagonally and combine with the marinade ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat a BBQ or griddle pan to a high heat and grill the squid for 45 seconds to 1 minute each side (depending on size of squid). The squid will change from transparent to white when cooked.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lime wedges and chopped coriander.
