How to make it

  1. Marinate the beef and set aside for 15 minutes. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok until smoking, add the beef and stir fry until half done.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve.
