How to make it

  1. Prepare and cut ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms, stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring, remove from heat and cool for 2 minutes. Add Lee Kum Kee Chinese Style Vinaigrette Dressing and toss together.
  3. Divide spinach between serving plates. Scatter over tomatoes then the mushrooms, serve while the mushrooms are warm.
