How to make it

Pan fry the pancetta until golden, drain on kitchen paper.
Carefully turn the tofu onto a plate and pat dry, cut into 6 slices. Arrange layers with pancetta.
Drizzle over Lee Kum Kee Japanese Style Sesame Dressing and garnish with spring onions and red chilli (if using).
