How to make it

Cut cucumber into ribbons with a potato peeler or mandolin.
Toss hot dog sausages in oil and Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, then cook on a griddle pan for 3 minutes until heated through. Cut into 3 pieces, arrange on a platter, toss the cucumber, leaves and spring onions together, pile in the middle.
Drizzle over Lee Kum Kee Wasabi Flavoured Sesame Dressing and scatter with sunflower seeds.
