How to make it

  1. Toast sesame seeds by frying on a hot wok without oil. Dish up when they are lightly toasted. Set aside.
  2. Sauté ginger and garlic in hot oil. Add in green beans and cook till green beans are almost done. Then, add bean sprouts and red bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds.
