- 
                            Marinate the beef with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and set aside. 
- 
                            Blanch the broccoli and carrots for 2 minutes then drain. 
- 
                            Stir-fry beef in cooking oil on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes. 
- 
                            Add vegetables and the rest of the sauce to cook for a further 2 minutes or until cooked (If needed, add a few tablespoon of water to have more gravy).
