Soba [buckwheat noodles] 150 g [green tea, plum & egg noodles]
Salmon [smoked, sliced, optional]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp
Red wine 4 tbsp
Ice Water 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

  1. Cook 3 noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Rinse with cold water.  Then soak in iced drinking water.  Drain.  Dip noodles in seasoning mix when serving.  Serve cold.  Can be served with sliced smoked salmon.
