Fish fillet 250 g [8 thin slices]
Chinese chive(s) 8 pcs [cooked]

Sauce & Marinade

Finely chopped red chili 50 g
Finely chopped green chili 25 g
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper to taste

  1. Marinate fish fillet for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll the fish fillet and tie up with flowering garlic chives.
  3. Arrange fish rolls on a serving plate. Spread seasoning mix on the fish rolls. Steam for about 10 minutes or until done.
