Orange Flavoured Pork Ribs

Spare rib (s) 200 g [cut into pieces]
Corn starch 1/2 Cup [for dusting]
Sauce for Sweet & Sour Pork / Spare Ribs 80 g

Sauce & Marinade

Salt 1/2 tsp
Beaten egg 2 tbsp
Pepper a little

  1. Mix spare ribs with marinade
  2. Dust spare ribs with corn starch.  Pan-fry spare ribs in 2 tbsp oil until golden and done.
  3. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Orange Flavoured Pork Ribs and heat through.

    Also good for: chicken meat, pork chop and fish fillet.
