Braised Spring Chicken with Oyster Sauce

Spring chicken 1 pc [chopped into pieces]
Chinese mushroom(s) 8 pcs [soaked, squeezed and halved]
Ginger (s) 6 slices
Green onion(s) 4 pcs [sectioned]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Water 310 ml

  1. Mix spring chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry green onions, ginger, Chinese mushrooms and spring chicken in 3 tbsp oil until fragrant.\
  3. Pour in sauce mix.  Cover and cook until sauce thickens.
