Kid's Favorite
Ingredients

Lamb fillet 300 g [cut into pieces]
Red Onion 1 pc [cut into pieces]
Courgette 200 g [2 pcs, cut into pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [cut into pieces]


Sauce & Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Chopped Basil 1/2 tsp
Pepper to taste
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Water 8 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chopped Basil 1/4 tsp


Produce
  1. Mix lamb fillet with marinade.
  2. Alternate all ingredients on skewers or bamboo sticks.
  3. Pan-fry kebabs in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.  Stir in sauce mix and heat through.

    Remark: Courgette can be replaced by zucchini.
