Beef Kebabs with Chili Bean Sauce

Beef fillet/tenderloin 250 g [cut into pieces]

Sauce & Marinade

Chilli Bean Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Chilli Bean Sauce 1 tbsp

  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes.
  2. Thread meat onto skewers.
  3. Pan-fry kebabs in oil or grill over hot charcoal until golden yellow and done. Serve with dipping sauce.

   Can make 8 kebabs.
