Crab(s) 600 g [cut into pieces and drained]
Drunken Chicken Marinade 410 ml [1 bottle]

  1. Steam crabs for 10 minutes until done. Twist off claws and crack. Drain off excess liquid.
  2. Soak crabs in 1 bottle of Lee Kum Kee Drunken Chicken Marinade for 15 minutes. Pour away excess liquid. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
