Shredded Beef in Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Beef fillet/tenderloin 300 g [shredded]
Button Mushroom (s) 90 g [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, shredded]


Sauce & Marinade

Black Bean Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp


Produce
  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry beef in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add mushrooms and bell pepper.  Stir well until heated through.
