Fried Chili Prawns with Garlic

Ingredients

Prawns 450 g [meat, deveined and dried]
Chili 1 pc [Red, cut into pieces]
Chiu Chow Chilli Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 3 tbsp [minced]


Sauce & Marinade

Corn starch 1 tsp
Water 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp


Produce
  1. Parboil prawns in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Saute minced garlic and red chili in 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil. Add prawns and stir-fry until done.
  3. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
