Braised Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients

Chicken meat 300 g [cut into pieces]
Celery 120 g [cut into pieces]
Carrot (s) 120 g [cut into pieces]
Onion(s) 1 pc [cut into pieces]


Sauce & Marinade

Dry Sherry 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 250 ml


Produce
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil.  Add vegetables and sauce mix.  Cook on low heat for about 25 minutes until sauce thickens.
