Beef rib (s) 300 g [cut into pieces]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Green, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [Red, shredded]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Shallots 2 pcs [sliced]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Water 2 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix beef ribs with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry beef ribs in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Drain.
  3. Sir-fry shallots, onion and bell peppers for about 1 minute in the remaining oil.  Add beef ribs, sauce mix and heat through.
