Stir-fried Sole Fillet with Satay Sauce

Chef Recommendation

Sole fillet 200 g [cut into pieces]
Courgette 150 g [cut into diamond pieces]
Bell pepper (s) a little [green, diced]
Bell pepper (s) a little [red, diced]
Pineapple a little [diced]
Satay Sauce 2 tsp
Minced Garlic a little
Water a little

Sauce & Marinade

Double Deluxe Soy Sauce a little
Corn starch a little
Premium Dark Soy Sauce a little
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/5 tsp

  1. Mix sole fillet with marinade for a short while.
  2. Heat a little oil.  Pan-fry sole fillet until done.  Set aside.  Stir-fry jade melon with water until done.  Set aside.
  3. Stir-fry bell peppers, pineapple, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce in a little oil until fragrant.  Add sole fillet, jade melon, seasoning mix and stir well.
