Fried Prawns with Two Flavors

Ingredients

Big prawn (s) 350 g [4 pcs]
Broccoli 100 g [cut into florets]
Orange (s) 1 pc [sliced for garnish]


Sauce & Marinade

Sauce for Tomato Garlic Prawns 70 g
Sauce for Sweet & Sour Pork / Spare Ribs 80 g


Produce
  1. Cut prawns slantwise into heads and tails.
  2. Pan-fry prawn heads until dried.  Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawns and cook until little sauce left.  Put on a serving plate.
  3. Cut a slit at the back of left prawns and keep tails.  Pan-fry until fragrant.  Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Orange Flavoured Pork Ribs and cook until little sauce left. Put on the serving plate.
  4. Cook broccoli and arrange on the serving plate.  Garnish with sliced orange.
