Minced Chicken and Mushrooms on Tofu

Bean curd/Tofu 400 g [1 packet, diced]
Minced chicken 90 g
Button Mushroom (s) 25 g [diced]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 25 g [diced]
Green onion(s) [shredded for topping]
Premium Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp [optional]

Sauce & Marinade

Premium Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix minced chicken and mushrooms with marinade.
  2. Put tofu on heatproof deep plate.  Spread chicken mixture on top.  Cover and microwave at HIGH for about 3 minutes or until done.  Sprinkle with shredded green onion and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce as desired.
